Admiralty and maritime cases are "fact-intensive," and it takes knowledgeable lawyers to analyze those facts as they apply to the law. Ted Boswell has practiced admiralty and maritime law for almost 50 years. The firm's most recent cases include maritime personal injury (Jones Act). The cases concluded in 2004 -- variously included merchant seamen, dredge captains, and deck hands. All of the numerous cases resulted in outstanding monetary recoveries in well-prepared cases. Ted Boswell, Dennis Davis, and Drew Ellis were all involved in these cases. The Mississippi River constitutes almost the entire eastern border of Arkansas. Diagonally crossing through the center of Arkansas is the Arkansas River. These rivers, in addition to the Ouachita, White, and Red Rivers, produce numerous cases for the firm.
