Lee Tucker represented the family of a brain-damaged little boy injured by carbon monoxide escaping from the negligent use of gasoline powered front-end loaders in an industrial plant. This landmark case established tort liability for the injury to a fetus that resulted in life-long disability. The case concluded with an $8.7 Million recovery.   Check the fine print on your ticket the next time you attend a public event. In all likelihood, the ticket will absolve the promoter in the event of any liability. We didn't buy that argument when our client's husband was killed by a tire flying off of a stock car at a race track rally.
